Introduction
The We-Commerce section in the admin portal is your central hub for managing all e-commerce operations. Here you will manage orders, subscriptions, products, enrollments, promotions, people and more.
Where to find We-Commerce Section
- Log in to the Fluid Admin portal.
- On the left hand navigation, you will see We-Commerce
What lives under We-Commerce
- The We-Commerce section of the admin contains three important parts to help run your business:
- Orders: This is where you can see and manage all orders and subscriptions.
- Products: This is where you can create new products, categories, promotions and more.
- People: This is where you can manage all reps, admins, customers and contacts.
Orders Section
- The orders section is broken into two parts:
- Orders: Here you can see all orders, search orders, open up orders and get detailed information, as well as create new orders. A full Orders overview can be found here.
- Subscriptions: Here you can see all Subscriptions, details on the subscriptions, get statistics on active subscriptions and create new subscriptions. A full Subscriptions overview can be found here.
Products Section
- The products section is broken into 6 parts:
- All Products: This is where you can manage all products, edit products, create new products and import products. A full Products overview can be found here.
- Categories: Here you can manage all product categories, create new categories and edit current categories. A full Categories overview can be found here.
- Collections: Here you can manage all collections for your products and categories. A full Collections overview can be found here.
- Promo Codes: Here you can see all promo codes and filter by active vs. inactive. You also have the ability to setup new promo codes. A full Promo Codes overview can be found here.
- Inventory: This is where you can manage inventory on a per SKU basis. A full Inventory overview can be found here.
- Enrollments: This is where you can set up your enrollment packs. See which packs are active, and make edits to packs. A full Enrollments overview can be found here.
People Section
- The People section is broken into 4 parts:
- Reps: These are the Reps in your system. You can search, view more details and add new Reps from this page.
- Admins: These are people with Admin access. These will be your corporate employees such as customer service and marketing.
- Customers: These are customers in your system that have placed an order, been imported from a previous legacy system or
- Contacts: This shows all contacts that have come through the system.
