We-Commerce: Inventory

Introduction

Managing inventory is a vital part to any business. Knowing what you have on hand, which products you can use for promotions, and setting up indicators to know when you are low on stock are all important aspects of your business. In Fluid, you can manage inventory on every product within the system. 

Login to Admin Portal

  1. Visit: https://admin.fluid.app/
  2. Enter your email address associated with your account.
  3. Retrieve the 6 digit code sent to your email and enter it.
  4. You are now in your company's Fluid Admin portal. 

We-Commerce: Inventory

  1. On the left hand navigation, find the We-Commerce section.
  2. Select Products
  3. Select Inventory
  4. You are now on your company's Inventory screen.

Inventory Overview

  1. Once inside your inventory management system, you will see all of your products and the following details:
    1. Product Image
    2. Name
    3. SKU
    4. Unavailable
    5. Committed
    6. Available
    7. On Hand
  2. You can use the filter dropdown to filter for product or the search bar to search by product name.
  3. The three dots next to the product on the far right of the grid will allow you to quickly:
    1. Stop Tracking Inventory
    2. Continue Selling When Out of Stock
    3. Delete the product and no longer track inventory (Not Recommended).

Editing Inventory

  1. On this screen, every product in the chart allows you to edit the following:
    1. Unavailable: How many are unavailable.
    2. Available: How many you have available.
    3. On Hand: How many you have on hand.
  2. You can not edit the Committed section as those have been sold.
  3. You can click on the product name to be taken directly to the product on an individual basis.
    1. Once on the product page, you have additional options in editing inventory that include:
      1. Tracking Quantity
      2. Keep Selling when Out of Stock
      3. Limit Subscription Quantity
      4. Limit Quantity Per Person
      5. Manage Warehouses and Inventory in those Warehouses
