Admin: Orders Overview

Introduction

Orders can be managed through a comprehensive interface that provides detailed transaction information and powerful filtering capabilities.

Managing Orders

To manage orders:

  1. Login to your Fluid Admin Portal
  2. On the left hand navigation, under We-commerce, select the Orders dropdown.
  3. You now have two options:
    1. Orders: These are one time orders placed.
    2. Subscriptions: These are orders with a recurring subscription. 

Orders

When opening up the Orders section, you will see an overview of your orders, have the ability to utilize filters for reporting, export orders and create a New Order if needed. 

On the top of the Orders page, you will see an overview of your orders. These numbers are dependent on the filters you have selected. With no filters, you will see the lifetime values. 

  • Total Orders: This is the total number of orders.
  • Total Sales: This will be the dollar amount you have collected of your orders.
  • Average Order Amount: This is the average value of your orders.
  • Total CV: This is the total commissionable volume attached to your orders.
  • Average CV: This is the average commissionable volume attached to your orders.

It is important to note, the above metrics will show the lifetime value if you have no filters set. You can set filters by:

  1. Select the filters icon next to Search Orders
  2. Filter by:
    1. Date Range: Select a specified date range.
    2. Country: Select a specific country or multiple countries.
    3. Order Type: The type of order that was placed.
    4. Source: Was this a mobile or storefront order.
    5. Status: The status of the order. 

Additionally, you have the ability to quickly search orders using the search bar, or look at specific statuses of orders which can be clicked along the top of the orders page. These include:

  • Draft:
  • Unfulfilled: Orders that have yet to be fulfilled.
  • Unpaid: Orders that are unpaid.
  • Open: Orders that have a status of open,
  • Archived:
  • Cancelled: Orders that have been cancelled.

Create a New Order

In the top right of the screen, you can create a new order by:

  1. Select the blue button that says “+New Order”.
  2. Search for the custom or create a new customer.
  3. Add the products.
  4. Add any notes or discounts.
  5. Collect payment.
