We-Commerce: Enrollments

Introduction

Enrollment is the life blood of expanding your distributor base. Good enrollment packs help provide multiple options for prospective distributors when they are interested in joining the business. Fluid offers multiple options when setting up enrollment packs and here we will discuss how you can do that. 

Login to Admin Portal

1. Visit: https://admin.fluid.app/
2. Enter your email address associated with your account.
3. Retrieve the 6 digit code sent to your email and enter it.
4. You are now in your company's Fluid Admin portal. 

We-Commerce: Enrollment

1. On the left hand navigation, find the We-Commerce section.
2. Select Enrollments.
3. You are now on your company's enrollment page.

Enrollments Overview

1. Once the enrollments page is opened, you will be able to see all the enrollments your company has available.
2. You can quickly filter at the top using All, Active or Inactive to see the enrollments by status.
3. You can also use the filter dropdown to filter by status and available countries.
4. There is a search bar giving you the ability to search by product name.
5. The full enrollments page shows the Enrollment Title, Status, Available Countries, Enrollments, Views, Shares and Conversions. 

Creating a New Enrollment

1. To create a new enrollment, click the +Add Enrollment button in the top right corner.
2. Once clicked, you will begin entering information about the Enrollment Pack:
   1. Enrollment Title
      1. Enter a clear, descriptive name for the Enrollment Pack.
      2. Use title case formatting.
   2. Enrollment Description
      1. Provide detailed product information and benefits.
   3. Product Media
      1. Upload high-quality product media.
   4. Product
      1. Select the products you want to add to the enrollment bundle.
      2. A product must be created in the products section prior to adding it to an enrollment pack. Click here for a full overview on how to manage products.
   5. Subscription Plans
      1. You can attach a subscription to a product here. To learn more about subscriptions click here.
   6. Enrollment Status
      1. At the top right of the page, you will see Status. This lets you mark an enrollment pack as:
         1. Active: It’s available and will display.
         2. Inactive: Not currently available and will not display.
   7. Agreements
      1. Here you can attach Agreements to an enrollment pack. This is beneficial in being able to attach a distributor agreement that must be agreed upon during enrollment.

   8. Available Countries
      1. Here you will select what countries the enrollment bundle is available in.
   9. Enrollment Cost
      1. If you have an additional enrollment fee, beyond the cost of the product, you can add it here.
   10. Theme Template
       1. Here you can select the Theme Template you want to use for the specific enrollment bundle.
