From designing and organizing tabs to customizing features with easy-to-use widgets, you can create a seamless experience for your users without writing a single line of code. Whether you’re launching new content, updating existing tabs, or managing the overall structure of your app, everything you need is centralized in one intuitive platform, giving you full control and flexibility to make your app truly yours.
Login to Admin Portal
- Visit: https://admin.fluid.app/
- Enter your email address associated with your account.
- Retrieve the 6 digit code sent to your email and enter it.
- You are now in your company's Fluid Admin portal.
Platforms: Mobile App
- On the left hand navigation, find the Platforms section.
- Select Mobile Apps and you will see three drop-downs:
- Home Tabs
- Share Tabs
- Shop Tabs
Home, Share and Shop Tabs Overview
The Home, Share and Shop tabs all live in the bottom navigation of your mobile application. Within these main navigation tabs, once opened you have the ability to add additional tabs across the top navigation.
- Home Tabs: This is where you will build out the Home tab of your mobile application. This tab is most often used for displaying useful things to your reps to help grow their business. This can be things like catch-up notifications, event calendars, top selling products, training and more.
- Share Tabs: This is where you will build out the Share tab of your mobile application. This tab is a spot where you will want to add shareable content that your reps can use to share with prospects and customers. This content should center around key products such as product videos and information, monthly promotions to share, as well as shopable product links.
- Shop Tabs: This is where you will build out your Shop tab for your reps. This tab has multiple widgets to use, depending on how you want to display the product. This is the easiest place for reps to purchase.
Home, Share and Shop Tabs Initial Views in Admin
- When first clicking into the Home, Share or Shop tab sections of the admin, you will see any existing tabs you currently have built. If you have not built any tabs, you will not see any available.
- Along the top you can filter by All, Active and Inactive tabs or use the custom filter button to sort by Status, Countries, Ranks and Languages, or a combination of those filters.
- The grid view of all tabs will also show you a quick view of where those tabs are available by the following:
- Status: Active vs. Inactive.
- Visibility: How many people have access to view that tab.
- Tabs: How many additional tabs are created within that main tab.
- Country: What countries the tab is available in.
- Language: What languages the tab is available in.
- Rank: What ranks have access to view the tab.
How to Create a New Main Home, Share or Shop Tab
- To create a new Main Home, Share or Shop tab, take the following steps:
- In the Admin, under Mobile App, select the Home, Share or Shop tab.
- Once opened, click the blue “+New tab” button in the top right corner.
- Once clicked, it will open up the Mobile Editor, allowing you to add widgets to the tab.
- The right navigation will show the the tab Settings, including:
- Publish: If selected, the tab will be live.
- Tab Name: Ability for you to custom name the tab.
- Access Rules: This is who has access to the tab.
