Admin: Mobile App Widget Overview

Introduction

Our drag-and-drop widgets transform the way you build and manage your mobile app, giving you the freedom to design without needing any technical expertise. Each widget acts as a modular building block, letting you easily add and arrange content like banners, product lists, videos, dashboards, and more. Simply choose the widget you want, drag it into place, and customize its settings to fit your brand and goals.

This intuitive, visual approach streamlines the entire app-building process. You can experiment, preview, and publish updates instantly, all from one centralized admin tool. 

Login to Admin Portal

1. Visit: https://admin.fluid.app/
2. Enter your email address associated with your account.
3. Retrieve the 6 digit code sent to your email and enter it.
4. You are now in your company's Fluid Admin portal. 

Platforms: Mobile App

1. On the left hand navigation, find the Platforms section.
2. Select Mobile Apps and you will see three dropdowns: 
   1. Home Tabs
   2. Share Tabs
   3. Shop Tabs

On all of these Tabs, you have the creative freedom to add widgets. Every tab has different widgets available. Additionally, within the Home Share and Shop tabs, you can build out more tabs that will go across the headers of the main tabs. 

Widgets

Home Page Widgets

• Split Row: This allows you to split a row into two sections, and then add the smallest size of other available widgets into the two sections. This allows you to utilize less space and still display two widgets. 
  • Example: Use the Split Row widget, and then add the small Calendar and small To-Do list to it, allowing both the Calendar and To-Do list widget to be in the same row.

• Unordered List: An unordered list is available in three different sizes and gives you the flexibility of creating a view without having the numerical values next to it was a Top 10 list. When adding this widget, you will see the Powered By filter appear on the right hand navigation where you can select if you want to power this by a specific algorithm, or use the custom feature and select your own content and products.
  • Example: Create an unordered list and use the custom Powered By filter to choose 5-7 pieces of content about a specific product. You can still arrange the content in the order you want, but it’s not displayed in a list with a number indicating a “Top 5” list.

• Ordered List: An ordered list is available in three different sizes and gives you the flexibility of creating a view with a numerical value next to it, thus allowing you to create a Top 10 list as an example. When adding this widget, you will see the Powered By filter appear on the right hand navigation where you can select if you want to power this by a specific algorithm, or use the custom feature and select your own content and products.
  • Example: Create an ordered list and use the Powered By filter to select Top 10 Best Sellers. In the Ordered List, it will display your Top 10 best sellers, and will have a 1 - 10 on each product in order.

• Video: This one-size only widget allows you to populate a video within your app. 
  • Example: An incentive trip promo video when the app is first opened by a rep.

• Carousel: Perfect for showcasing featured products or promos. This widget is available in three sizes and allows you to have a call to action button over the image. 
  • Example: Use carousels to feature products with large imagery. 

• Calendar: The calendar widget is available in three sizes and allows admins to add events to the calendar. The event can also contain details linking directly to a Zoom or other virtual meeting. 
  • Example: Great if your company has a lot of weekly calls and events. 

• Nested Unordered List: The Nested Unordered List is a sure way to make your app pop! This widget allows you to have a nice background image, and nest content within it. Use it for displaying product collections, best sellers, or media.
  • Example: We highly recommend this widget for best selling products and important sharable content. 

• Embed: Have you ever wanted a custom dashboard or report specific to your reps business? Our embed widget gives you that flexibility. Build custom dashboards, reports and more by pulling real time data from your backoffice into a beautifully displayed dashboard that is tied directly to the reps data. This widget is available in small, medium and large sizes.
  • Example: Great for dashboards and reports. 

• Image: Our Image widget is available in 3 sizes and lets you add an image that can link anywhere you want. 
  • Example: The image widget is great as it allows you to link outside of the app if you wish to link to something. 

• To-Do List: The To-Do List widget is available in three sizes and allows your reps to add To-do’s that are directly tied to a contact. They will receive notifications about their upcoming To-do’s to ensure they are on top of their business at all times. 
  • Example: This widget is great if you reps utilize their contacts as they can go into a contact, add a to-do tied to that contact, and it will appear in the to-do list. 

• Catchup: The Catchup widget is available in three sizes, although we recommend the largest. This widget is by far the most popular with reps, providing them with follow-ups, tracking daily activity and helping guide their business. 
  • Example: Use this widget to provide your reps with their next actions. We recommend really focusing on enabling and utilizing catchups. 

• Daily Summary: The Daily Summary widget is a great widget to give an AI summary of your reps' individual business. It takes all the most important things that happened that day and combines them into a quick to view summary.
  • Example: This widget will automatically provide a summary for reps, we recommend using it on the homepage. 

• Spacer: The Spacer widget allows you to put space between widgets as you are stacking them. This is great for making your app design look as clean as possible.
  • Example: The spacing widget can create space between apps to make for a cleaner look and feel.

• Text: The Text widget allows you to enter text into a box and control the look and feel. Whether adding a header, or wanting to add a small banner at the top of the app, this gives you the freedom to do so. 
  • Example: If you want to create headers you can utilize the text widget. 

• Recent Activity: The Recent Activity widget is another favorite for reps. Available in 3 sizes, this widget updates you on the latest happenings from content you have shared with prospects, alerting you to who has opened and viewed the content. It also gives you alerts about people visiting your website and more. 
  • Example: This widget will populate with recent activity, we recommend utilizing this widget in a high traffic area so your reps can see what is going on in real time. 

• Analytics: The Analytics widget provides distributors with analytics about what is happening with the content they have shared, how many web views they have and more.
  • Example: This widget can help your field stay engaged seeing their statistics and how well they are doing. 

• Quote: Available in 3 sizes, the quote widget allows you to add an inspirational quote within the app.
  • Example: Use this widget to post a quote from your founder, a product expert, or even an influencer sharing a product review. 

• Alert: This widget is similar to the text widget, however it lets you add a call to action. This is great for promotions.
  • Example: Use alerts for promotions or other quick banners you want to show your reps allowing for a call to action.

• MySite: MySite is one of the cornerstones of your reps business. Every MySite is completely customizable by the individual rep and can be shared with prospects and customers showcasing that rep's unique website. 
  • Example: Having the MySite widget available for your reps to quickly access gives them the flexibility to edit and share instantly. 

• Quick Share: The Quick Share widget is one of our most popular amongst reps. This widget gives the company the ability to have a nice background image of a product or enrollment pack, with a QR code and shareable link to that specific product or enrollment.
  • Example: Use this widget to feature your flagship product or enrollment pack giving reps the ability to share instantly. 

• Shop Unordered List (Only Available in Shop Tab): The Shop Unordered List allows you to create an unordered list of products. This list showcases products and scrolls left to right. 
  • Example: This unordered list is only focused on products and gives you one row to scroll left and right. It’s a great widget if you want to showcase different collections. 

• Product Shop List (Only Available in Shop Tab): The Product Shop List allows you to display a full page of products (6) and users can scroll left to right to see additional products.
  • Example: This widget is great to showcase larger sets of products or all products.
