Introduction
The Share Tab is a powerful feature within your mobile app that empowers reps to easily share curated company content with prospects and customers. Designed to streamline communication and boost engagement, the Share Tab serves as a central hub for all shareable materials, from product information and promotional videos to educational content and marketing assets.
Reps can browse through organized categories of content, select what’s most relevant, and share it directly via text, email, or social media with just a few taps. Each shared item can include smart tracking links, allowing reps to see when their contacts engage with the material, helping them follow up more effectively.
Login to Admin Portal
- Visit: https://admin.fluid.app/
- Enter your email address associated with your account.
- Retrieve the 6 digit code sent to your email and enter it.
- You are now in your company's Fluid Admin portal.
Platforms: Mobile App
- On the left hand navigation, find the Platforms section.
- Select Mobile Apps and you will see three dropdowns:
- Home Tabs
- Share Tabs
- Shop Tabs
Share Tabs Overview
The Share tab lives in the bottom navigation of your mobile application. You have the ability to customize the icon for this tab and the location of the tab.
- Share Tabs: This is where you will build out the Share page of your mobile application. This page is a spot where you will want to add shareable content that your reps can use to share with prospects and customers.
- Sharing Product Information: This content should center around key products such as product videos and information, monthly promotions to share, as well as shoppable product links.
Sharing Education Materials: Many prospects your reps are communicating with are also interested in the business opportunity. Use educational materials about the company, the opportunity and the compensation plan in the share section for Reps to share.
