Login to Admin Portal
- Visit: https://admin.fluid.app/
- Enter your email address associated with your account.
- Retrieve the 6 digit code sent to your email and enter it.
- You are now in your company's Fluid Admin portal.
Catchups: Getting Started
- In the top right of the screen, select the setting gear.
- Under Organization, select Catchups.
Managing Catchups
Once opened, you will see 29 Catchups already available in 5 distinct categories.

Turning on Catchups
- To turn on any Catchup, simple click the toggle until it turns blue.

How Your Reps See and Use Catchups
Your reps will see their Catchups organized by priority in the mobile app under the Catchup widget, with intuitive gesture controls:
- Swipe right to complete an action.
- Swipe left to save for later.
- Tap to view details or customize AI-generated messages.
- Complete multiple actions without switching screens.
