How do I cancel a subscription?

1. Locate Subscription

  1. Log in to the Fluid admin portal
  2. Go to Shopping > Orders
  3. Click the Subscriptions tab
  4. Search using:
    • Customer name
    • Email address
    • Order ID

2. Process Cancellation

  1. Select a subscription to open subscription details
  2. Click "More Actions" in top-right
  3. Select "Cancel Order"
  4. Confirm cancellation

3. Required Follow-up

✓ Screenshot the canceled subscription
✓ Email customer confirmation
✓ Document in records
✓ Note reason for cancellation

Cancellation does not automatically process a refund or send customer notification.
