Introduction
Subscription Orders can be managed through a comprehensive interface that provides detailed transaction information and powerful filtering capabilities.
Managing Subscriptions
To manage Subscriptions:
- Login to your Fluid Admin Portal
- On the left hand navigation, under We-commerce, select the Orders dropdown.
- You now have two options:
- Orders: These are one time orders placed.
- Subscriptions: These are orders with a recurring subscription.
Subscriptions
When opening up the Subscriptions section, you will see an overview of your subscriptions, have the ability to utilize filters for reporting and create a New Subscription if needed.
On the top of the Subscription page, you will see an overview of your subscriptions. These numbers are dependent on the filters you have selected. With no filters, you will see the lifetime values.
- Total Subscriptions: This is the total number of subscriptions.
- Active Subscriptions: This is the total number of active subscriptions.
- Average Order Amount: This is the average value of your subscription orders.
- Churn Rate: This is how often your subscriptions are churning.
It is important to note, the above metrics will show the lifetime value if you have no filters set. You can set filters by:
- Select the filters icon next to Search Orders
- Filter by:
- Status: Filter by the status of the order.
- Last Order Date: Filter by a selected last order date.
- Frequency: The frequency of the subscription.
- Order Amount: Set a minimum and maximum order amount you want to search between.
Additionally, you have the ability to quickly search orders using the search bar, or look at specific statuses of orders which can be clicked along the top of the orders page. These include:
- All: All subscription orders.
- Active: Show only active subscriptions.
- Paused: Show only paused subscriptions.
- Cancelled: Show only cancelled subscriptions.
Creating a New Subscription
In the top right of the screen, you can create a new subscription order by:
- Select the blue button that says “+New Subscription”.
- Search for the custom or create a new customer.
- Add the product.
- Select the subscription plan and start date.
- Add any shipping or discounts.
