Introduction
The Agreements section in your admin portal enables you to manage legal agreements and terms that customers must accept during checkout. This comprehensive system allows you to create, edit, and organize compliance documents, ensuring that your business maintains proper legal protections while providing customers with clear terms and conditions for their purchases and platform usage.
Login to Admin Portal
- Visit: https://admin.fluid.app/
- Enter your email address associated with your account.
- Retrieve the 6 digit code sent to your email and enter it.
- You are now in your company's Fluid Admin portal.
Agreements Interface
The Agreement dashboard provides centralized control over all your legal agreements and compliance documentation:
- Clear description explaining legal agreement management capabilities.
- "New Agreement" button for creating additional legal documents.
- "View Legal Documentation" link for additional guidance and best practices.
- The main dashboard displays all legal agreements in an organized, searchable table format designed for efficient document management.
- You can select any current document to begin editing.
Creating a New Agreement
- To create a new Agreement, click the +New Agreement button in the top right corner.
- Once clicked, you will begin entering information about the Agreement:
- Title: The name of the agreement.
- Agreement Content: Enter the agreement content below the title area.
- Settings: Set the status to Active or Inactive
- Required at Checkout: If checked, a user will be required to check a box during the checkout process agreeing to this.
- Country: Select what countries the agreement is available in.
Essential Agreement Types (Not Required)
Terms of Service
- Purpose: Define platform usage rules and user responsibilities
- Requirement Level: Typically mandatory for all users
- Content Areas: Platform rules, user conduct, service limitations, intellectual property rights
- Geographic Scope: May vary by jurisdiction based on local regulations
Privacy Policy
- Purpose: Explain data collection, usage, and protection practices
- Requirement Level: Mandatory for compliance with data protection laws
- Content Areas: Data collection methods, usage purposes, sharing practices, user rights
- Geographic Scope: Must comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other regional privacy laws
Purchase Terms and Conditions
- Purpose: Govern transaction terms, refunds, and purchase-related policies
- Requirement Level: Mandatory for e-commerce transactions
- Content Areas: Payment terms, delivery conditions, return policies, warranty information
- Geographic Scope: Varies by local consumer protection laws
Cookie Policy
- Purpose: Disclose website tracking and cookie usage
- Requirement Level: Mandatory in many jurisdictions
- Content Areas: Cookie types, tracking purposes, user consent options
