How do I create a new message?

To create a new message:

  1. Log in to the Fluid admin portal
  2. Select "Messaging" in the navigation sidebar
  3. Click "New Message" in the bottom left corner
  4. Choose your message type:
    • SMS/Email: For customer communication and support
    • Team Message: For team/group chats and internal collaboration
    • Payment: For payment requests and financial communications
  5. Select your recipients:
    • Individual users: Search by name or ID
    • Groups: Select pre-defined teams or departments
  6. Compose and send your message
