To create a new message:
- Log in to the Fluid admin portal
- Select "Messaging" in the navigation sidebar
- Click "New Message" in the bottom left corner
- Choose your message type:
- SMS/Email: For customer communication and support
- Team Message: For team/group chats and internal collaboration
- Payment: For payment requests and financial communications
- Select your recipients:
- Individual users: Search by name or ID
- Groups: Select pre-defined teams or departments
- Compose and send your message
