How do I issue a refund?

1. Navigate to Orders

1. Log in to the Fluid admin portal
2. Click "Shopping" in the navigation sidebar
3. Then select "Orders" from the submenu

2. Select the Correct View

View Type	Purpose	When to Use
One Time Orders	Process all refunds	• Standard orders • Subscription payments • Partial refunds
Subscriptions	View recurring details	• Check status • Review history • Monitor renewals

3. Access Refund Panel

1. Find and click the order to refund
2. In order details, locate the Refund panel on the right side
3. Use this panel to process all refund types

4. Before You Start

✓ Verify you have refund permissions
✓ Ensure you're on the One Time Orders tab
✓ Have order details ready
✓ Check refund policies

All refunds, including subscription refunds, must be processed through the One Time Orders tab. The Subscription tab is for reference only.
