How do I set up lead distribution rules?

To configure assignment rules:

  1. In the Marketing > Contacts section of the admin portal, click the gear icon in the top right corner
  2. Select "Contact Assignment Rule"
  3. Choose from four distribution methods:
    • Auto: Automatic lead distribution
    • Most Active Users: Prioritize high-performing team members
    • Designated Users: Select specific recipients
  4. Manual: Assign leads individually

    Note: If 'Designated Users' is selected, a search field becomes available.
