How do I customize what notifications I receive?

To manage your notification preferences:

  1. Launch the mobile app
  2. From the Home screen, tap your User Profile icon in the top right
  3. Select "Account"
  4. Select "Notifications"
  5. From here you can customize your notifications in dozens of ways:

Do Not Disturb

    • Quickly silence all or specific types of notifications until the next morning
    • Choose between silencing All, Push, or Email notifications

Notification Presets

  • Choose from preset configurations:
    • Default
    • Essential
    • Balanced
    • Engaged

Detailed Preferences

You can customize individual notifications for:

    • Engagement
      • Page Views
      • Media Views
      • Video Views
      • Emoji Reactions
      • Comments and Replies
    • Business
      • Leads
      • Orders
      • Cart Activity
    • Communication
      • Channel Messages
      • Direct Messages
      • Group Messages
      • Web Chat
      • @Mentions
    • System
      • New Training
      • Announcements
      • Tasks
      • Upcoming Events

For each category, you can toggle both Push and Email notifications separately. All changes are saved automatically as you make them.

If you want to temporarily pause all notifications, toggle the "All" switch at the top of the Notifications screen.
