Admin: Onboarding

Introduction

The Onboarding section in your admin portal enables you to go through the Fluid Payments onboarding process with step by step instructions helping you to quickly get setup with Fluid Payments. 

Login to Admin Portal

  1. Visit: https://admin.fluid.app/
  2. Enter your email address associated with your account.
  3. Retrieve the 6 digit code sent to your email and enter it.
  4. You are now in your company's Fluid Admin portal.

Accessing Onboarding 

  1. Select the Settings Gear Icon in the top right and click “View All Settings”.
  2. In your left hand navigation, find "Company" and select "Onboarding". 

The Onboarding Guide

The Fluid Payments setup guide is broken up into 9 different sections: 

  1. The Basics: This section will go through the basics of your companies entity structure to help guide the remaining steps of the onboarding process. 
  2. PayPal Connect: This section allows you to connect to your businesses PayPal Business account so we can quickly pull all relevant information, saving you time from entering it again. If you don't have a PayPal Business account you can create one or you can skip this step.
  3. Business Info: Here you will enter the details of your company from legal name, to address and incorporation information.  
  4. Legal Entities: Add any legal entities that will process payments through your account. If you don't have any, just continue.
  5. Bank Accounts: Connect your bank account. You can use Plaid to connect securely or enter all information manually. 
  6. Additional Bank Accounts: Add any additional bank accounts here. 
  7. Personal Info: Add directors, beneficial owners, and authorized signatories for your entities.
  8. Relevant Persons: Enter any further directors, beneficial owners or authorized signers. 
  9. Countries: Add the markets you will sell in. 

Once you have completed all the above steps, click save and you have completed the Fluid Payments Onboarding setup.
