Introduction
The Payments section in your admin portal enables you to manage payment gateways and transaction settings for your store. This comprehensive payment processing system allows you to configure payment processors, set up tax calculations, manage transaction fees, and establish secure payment handling across multiple countries and currencies. The Payments management system provides essential control over your financial operations and customer payment experience.
Accessing Payments Management
- Log in to the Fluid Admin portal.
- Select the Settings Gear Icon in the top right and click “View All Settings”.
- In the left navigation sidebar, locate the "Commerce" section.
- Select "Payments" from the menu options.
Payments Dashboard
The Payments dashboard provides comprehensive control over your payment processing and financial configuration.
- "Add Payment Account" button for expanding payment processing options
- The dashboard displays all of your Payment Accounts.
Payment Accounts Management
Purpose: Configure and manage multiple payment processors to provide customers with flexible payment options while ensuring secure transaction processing.
Payment Accounts Table
Features:
- Search Functionality: Quick search bar to locate specific payment accounts or processors.
- Filter Options: "All" tab for comprehensive payment account organization.
- Status Monitoring: Real-time status indicators for each payment processor.
Table Structure:
- Icon: Visual identifier for each payment processor type.
- Name: Payment processor name and transaction handling description.
- Status: Current operational status (Active/Inactive/Sandbox).
- Country: Geographic regions where each payment method is available.
- Actions: Quick access menu for managing individual payment account settings.
Adding New Payment Account
- Click the "Add Payment Account" button in the top right corner.
- Add the Account Name.
- Payment Type.
- Countries Available.
- Active Toggle.
- Click Add Account to save.
