Admin: Creating Company Playlists

Introduction

Playlists are curated collections of media, products, or links organized around a specific theme or audience. They allow you to share bundles of thoughtfully catered content in a single, easily accessible link, helping you to drive customer engagement and grow your business.

Your marketing team can create Playlists that will be made available to all users. 

Login to Admin Portal

  1. Visit: https://admin.fluid.app/
  2. Enter your email address associated with your account.
  3. Retrieve the 6 digit code sent to your email and enter it.
  4. You are now in your company's Fluid Admin portal. 

Accessing Playlists 

  1. On the left hand navigation bar, scroll down to the More section. 
  2. Under More select Content and then Playlists. 

Playlists Dashboard

The Playlists dashboard provides a centralized location for managing all your company's Playlists. The interface opens to show: 

  • All: This shows all Playlists you have created.
  • Title: This shows the name of the playlist. 
  • Items: This shows how many items are in the playlist. 
  • Cart Value Total: This shows the total value of the items within the cart.  
  • Status: This shows whether the playlist is active or inactive.  
  • Actions: This allows you edit or delete the playlist. 

Creating a New Playlist

The Fluid system fully allows you to create and manage playlists. To create a new playlist take the following steps:

  1. Click +Create Playlist in the top right corner.
  2. Create the Title (Name) of the Playlist.
  3. Add the content you want within the Playlist. 
  4. Save.
