Admin: Subscription Management

Subscription Management

While subscriptions create recurring orders, each order is processed individually - which is why all refunds, including subscription refunds, are handled through the Orders tab. This allows you to refund specific subscription payments rather than the entire subscription. Learn more about Refunds here. This article will focus on Subscription Management and how to cancel a subscription or skip a subscription on behalf of a customer or rep.

Important Note: All subscriptions can be managed by Reps through their mobile app as well as their Desktop App. Customers can manage their subscriptions additionally through the Desktop App.

Managing Subscriptions

Once on your subscriptions screen, you will see all upcoming subscriptions. Along the top you can quick filter by All, Active, Paused or Cancelled. To adjust a subscription, use the search bar to search by Name or Email.

  1. Locate the specific subscription you want to edit and click to open.
  2. You now have the ability to edit the subscription in multiple ways:
    • Cancelling the Subscription: Select Actions in the top right and hit Cancel Subscription
    • Pause the Subscription: Click Pause Subscription in the top right.
  3. Additionally, you can edit details about the subscription such as the shipping address or item within the subscription.
