A key part of subscriptions is managing the type of subscription plan available. The Fluid platform allows you to create as many subscription plans as you would like.

Subscription Plans

To get to the Subscription Plan page:

  1. Login to your Fluid Admin Portal
  2. Select the settings Gear icon on the top right of the page.
  3. Select Subscription Plans. This will now take you to our subscription plan management page.

Editing and Creating a Current New Subscription Plan

Once you have accessed the Subscription Plan page, you will see all subscription plans you currently have set up. You can edit these plans by:

  1. Clicking the subscription which will open up that specific subscription plans settings.

Here you can edit the:

  • Subscription Name: What do you want displayed to the user as the subscription name when they are setting up their subscription?
    • Examples: 1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months
  • Billing Interval: This is the interval at which the subscription is billed.
    • Examples: 1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months
  • Fulfillment Interval: This is how often the product is shipped.
    • Examples: 1 Month, 3 Months, 6 Months
  • Volume Frequency: This is how the volume of the order should be split.
    • Examples: When the order is placed give all volume, or split the volume over a certain time frame.
  • Pricing Strategy: This is how the subscription pricing is determined. We can give a percentage off or we can reference your pricing table.
  • Status: This is whether the subscription plan is active or inactive.
  • Company Default: This allows you to set a plan as the company default plan.
  • Allow Skips: This is whether or not a user can skip their next subscription run date.
  • Stats: This will give you how many Subscribers are on this plan and how many products are associated with it.

The Fluid Subscription Plan management feature was built to allow you to be creative with your Subscription Plans and how users can benefit from them. An example of this is:

A company has a requirement that you need $100 Personal Volume to be Active in the compensation plan every month. The company offers a subscription for a bundle pack that includes 3 months worth of product at a cost of $300. Utilizing the Volume Frequency, the company could reward this distributor for being on a subscription with this bundle by breaking up the $300 cost and dispersing the volume evenly over 3 months. This would make that distributor Active for 3 consecutive months with just a single subscription.
