Introduction

The Warehouses section in your admin portal enables you to manage warehouse locations and fulfillment centers for your business. This comprehensive logistics management system allows you to set up multiple locations to optimize inventory distribution and shipping efficiency. The Warehouses management system provides essential control over your fulfillment operations, enabling strategic placement of inventory to reduce shipping costs and delivery times while improving customer satisfaction.

Accessing Warehouse Management

Log in to the Fluid Admin portal
In the left navigation sidebar, locate the "Commerce" section
Select "Warehouses" from the menu options

Warehouses Dashboard

Main View

The Warehouses dashboard provides comprehensive control over your fulfillment center network and logistics operations:

Main interface showing all current warehouses by name, the address and whether in use or not.
The "Add Warehouse" button for expanding your fulfillment network.

Warehouse Management Interface: The main dashboard displays all warehouse locations in an organized, searchable table format for efficient fulfillment network management.

Interface Features:

Status Filter Tabs: "All," "Active," and "Inactive" tabs for organizing warehouse visibility.
Search Functionality: Quick search bar to locate specific warehouse locations or regions.

Table Structure:

Warehouse Name: Facility identifier.
Address: Complete physical address for each fulfillment center.
Status: Current operational status (Active/Inactive).
Actions: Quick access menu for editing individual warehouse configurations.

Adding a Warehouse

Click "Add Warehouse" button in top right corner:

Warehouse Name: Create your warehouse name.
Country: Select your warehouse country.
Street Address: Enter the warehouse street address.
Street Address 2: Add a secondary address line if needed.
City: City the warehouse is located in.
State: State the warehouse is located in.
Postal Code: Postal code the warehouse is located in.
Active: Set whether the warehouse is Active or Inactive.
