Admin: Countries

Introduction

The Countries section in your admin portal enables you to configure which countries are supported in your organization and app. This comprehensive international commerce system allows you to define supported countries, set currencies, configure fulfillment warehouses, and establish shipping and handling fees for global operations. The Countries management system provides essential control over your international business operations and customer service capabilities.

Accessing Countries Management

  1. Log in to the Fluid Admin portal
  2. Select the Settings Gear Icon in the top right and click “View All Settings”
  3. In the left navigation sidebar, locate the "Commerce" section
  4. Select "Countries" from the menu options

Countries Dashboard

Main View

Countries Management Interface: The main dashboard displays all configured countries in an organized, searchable table format for efficient international operations management.

Interface Features:

  • Search Functionality: Quick search bar to locate specific countries or regions
  • Filter Options: "All" tab with additional filtering capabilities for country organization
  • Comprehensive Display: Structured table showing all country-specific business configuration details

Table Structure:

  • Country: Nation name with flag identifier for easy recognition
  • Currency: Local currency code for financial transactions and pricing
  • Fulfillment Warehouse: Designated warehouse location for order processing
  • Shipping/Handling Fee: Associated costs for deliveries to each country
  • Last Updated: Timestamp showing when country configuration was last modified
  • Actions: Quick access menu for editing individual country settings

Country Configuration Management

Adding New Countries

Expansion Process:

  1. Click the "Add Country" button to expand international operations
  2. Select the target country from available options
  3. Configure currency settings for local pricing
  4. Assign fulfillment warehouse for order processing
  5. Set shipping and handling fees based on logistics costs
  6. Select if you want to make the default country
  7. Add a Business Tax ID number 
  8. Save configuration to activate the new market
