Admin: Social Media Integrations

Introduction

The Social Media section in your admin portal enables you to connect and manage your company's social media presence across multiple platforms. From here you can add links to your Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social platforms to build and maintain a cohesive online presence that drives engagement and grows your brand reach.

Accessing Social Media Management

  1. Log in to the Fluid Admin portal
  2. Select the Settings Gear Icon in the top right and click “View All Settings”
  3. In the left navigation sidebar, locate the "Company" section
  4. Select "Social Media" from the menu options

Social Media Dashboard

Main View

The Social Media dashboard provides a centralized hub for managing all your company's social media connections. The interface displays:

  • "Add Social Media Link" button for quick access to adding new platforms

Platform Management Table: The main content area features a searchable table with the following components:

  • Search Functionality: Located in the top-right with search icon and filter options
  • Column Headers:
    • Platform: The social media platform name
    • URL: The associated social media account link
  • Current Status: "Nothing to Show" indicates no social media links have been configured yet

Adding Social Media Links

Use the blue "Add Social Media Link" button to connect your social media accounts. This feature allows you to:
