Admin: Agreements

Introduction

The Agreements section in your admin portal allows you to manage your company's legal documents and compliance requirements. From here you can configure and maintain essential business agreements including terms of service, privacy policies, and other legal documents that govern your platform and protect both your business and your users.

Login to Admin Portal

  1. Visit: https://admin.fluid.app/
  2. Enter your email address associated with your account.
  3. Retrieve the 6 digit code sent to your email and enter it.
  4. You are now in your company's Fluid Admin portal. 

Accessing Agreements 

  1. Select the Settings Gear Icon in the top right.
  2. Under Organization select Agreements from the options.

Agreements Dashboard

The Agreements dashboard provides a centralized location for managing all your company's legal documentation. The main interface displays:

  • All: This shows all Agreements you have created.
  • Active: This shows all active Agreements you currently have.
  • Inactive: This shows all inactive Agreements that are not currently being displayed or used.
  • +New Agreement: This allows you to create a new Agreement. 

Creating a New Agreement

The Fluid system fully allows you to create and manage any type of agreement you want. To create a new agreement take the following steps:

  1. Click +New Agreement in the top right corner.
  2. Create the Title (Name) of the Agreement or Policy.
  3. Create the body text of the Agreement or Policy.
  4. Select whether it's Active or Inactive.
  5. Select whether this Agreement or Policy is required to at checkout.
  6. Country: Select what countries this Agreement is available in.

Standard Policies and Agreements 

Terms of Service

  • Define the terms and conditions for using your platform
  • Establish user agreements and platform rules
  • Set legal boundaries for user behavior and platform usage

Privacy Policy

  • Outline how you collect, use, and protect user data
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations
  • Build user trust through transparent data practices

Return Policy

  • Set guidelines for product returns and refunds
  • Establish clear expectations for customers
  • Define the process and conditions for returns

Best Practices

  1. Review Current Policies: Gather your existing legal documents and policies for easy upload
  2. Stay Updated: Check this section regularly for feature updates and new capabilities
  3. Documentation Access: Use the "View Policy Documentation" link to understand best practices
  4. Legal Consultation: Consider having your legal team review policy templates before implementation
  5. Compliance Planning: Ensure your policies align with applicable regulations in your operating jurisdictions
