Overview

This guide covers everything you need to know about accessing the Fluid Admin portal via MFA login. 

Accessing the Admin Portal

Standard Login Process

1. Navigate to admin.fluid.app
2. Enter your email address associated with your account. 
3. Click "Continue with email" button.
4. Open email and retrieve your 6 digit MFA code.

5. Enter the 6 digit MFA code. 

   *Note the code will expire after 30 minutes.

The admin portal works optimally with:

• Chrome (recommended)
• Firefox
• Safari
• Edge

Not Receiving MFA Login Email? 

If you are not receiving the MFA code via email:

1. Please check your SPAM folder for the MFA code email. 
2. Verify the email you entered is the email associated with your admin account.
3. Contact support at [e-mail] 

Security Best Practices

Protect your account by:

• Using a strong, unique password
• Enabling two-factor authentication when available
• Never sharing login credentials
• Logging out when using shared devices
• Updating your password regularly
