Shopping: An Admin Overview

The Shopping section in the admin portal is your central hub for managing all e-commerce operations. Across Orders, Products, Promo Codes, Preferences, and Pending Enrollments you can efficiently manage your entire shopping experience.

Orders

The Orders section provides a comprehensive view of your business transactions through two main views:

  • One Time Orders (default)
  • Subscriptions

Each view presents a sortable list of orders that you can filter by country, product, date, or status to quickly find the information you need.

The order list displays key information including ID, status, buyer details, rep information, dates, amounts, and countries. You can easily download these lists for reporting and analysis.

Purchase URLs

A dedicated "Purchase Links" page helps you track the journey of every purchase link created in your system. You can monitor details like:

  • Who created and received the link
  • When it was sent and purchased
  • Whether the purchase was made through the app

This tracking capability provides valuable insights into your sales funnel and customer behavior.

Products

Managing your product catalog is streamlined through an intuitive interface that separates products into All, Active, Draft, and Archived views -- giving you an overview of your full product lineup as you make updates and changes.

Creating and Configuring Products

There are three configuration types to consider when creating a product:

  1. Basic Details: Set up the foundation of your product with title, images, and a compelling short description.

  2. Product Options: Configure variants by country, manage SKUs, and set up sharing prompts to optimize how distributors can promote the product.

  3. Settings: Fine-tune your product's behavior and visibility.

    • Configure purchase options like One-click Fluid Checkout
    • Set proper categorization for tax and product organization
    • Control visibility across retail and rep stores
    • Manage SEO settings and product status

Promo Codes

The Promo Codes section helps you create and manage targeted promotional campaigns. Whether you're setting up automatic discounts or custom promo codes, the system provides flexible options to meet your marketing needs.

When creating a promotion, you can precisely control:

  • Discount methods and values
  • Product and country eligibility
  • Customer targeting and usage limits
  • Timing and combinability with other promotions

Preferences

The Preferences section serves as your control center for the entire shopping experience. Here you can configure a myriad of settings.

Checkout and Payments

Customize your checkout process with external checkout options, multiple payment gateways, and digital payment methods. You can also manage customer fees and set up transaction fee rules.

Tax Management

Choose the tax calculation method that best fits your business:

  • Manual calculation for simple tax needs
  • Avalara integration for automated tax management
  • Custom webhook integration for specialized requirements

Order Processing

Fine-tune your order management with customizable:

  • Email notifications for admins, customers, and affiliates
  • Required checkout fields
  • Post-purchase redirects and review systems

Pending Enrollments

Keep track of enrollment progress through a dedicated dashboard that shows incomplete registrations. This view helps you monitor and follow up on potential distributors or customers who haven't completed their registration process.
