Introduction
The Sharing section in the Admin portal is your central hub for managing all shareable content. Learn how to effectively use each section to create and manage content for your customers and distributors.
Sharing is made up of four sections:
- Media (photos, videos, PDFs)
- Pages (landing pages, shop pages)
- Enrollments (signup packages)
- Playlists (content collections)
Managing Content Settings
Across all sections, make sure to check out your content settings to take full advantage of customizing the perfect experience for distributors and customers.
Visibility Controls
- Tags: Improve searchability
- Label: Mark as "Popular," "New," etc.
- Category: Group similar content
- Ranks: Set distributor access levels
- Countries: Choose availability regions
Sharing Options
- Search Engine Indexing: Control public visibility
- Comments: Enable/disable discussions
- Theme: Apply consistent styling
- Status: Set as Active or Draft
You can shift between All, Active, and Draft views on each section's landing page. The search and filter options help you find specific content by Language, Country, Tags, or Category. You can sort your content by Title, Status, Type, Date, Views, or Leads to organize it effectively. If you need to start fresh, simply use the Reset button to clear all filters.
Media
The Media section lets you upload and manage photos, videos, PDFs, and presentations that your distributors can share. This is where you'll create your core shareable content library.
Setting Up Media Preferences
Before uploading content, take a look at your media settings (click the Settings button in the top right) and configure them to fit your needs. For example, you might:
- Choose whether to show products on share pages
- Enable media compression for better performance:
- Compress images (recommended)
- Compress videos (recommended)
Adding New Media
To add new media:
- Click the + button in the top right
- Upload your content (photos, videos, PPTs, PDFs)
- Add a title and description
- Configure sharing tools:
- Action Buttons: Add clickable calls-to-action
- Prompts: Include suggested messaging
Pages
Pages provides customizable landing spaces for your content. Whether you're creating shopping experiences, enrollment flows, or marketing campaigns, pages help you design the perfect destination for your audience.
To add a new page:
- Click the + button
- Add your content:
- Title
- Header image
- HTML content
- Sharing prompts
- Use the Settings panel on the right to customize your Page preferences. You'll notice, for example, checkboxes to cateorize your page type:
- Default landing page
- Shop page
- Enrollment completion page
Enrollments
The Enrollments section helps you create and manage sign-up packages for new distributors and customers. Here you can configure everything from product bundles to custom registration forms.
- Click the + button in the top right
- Configure your package:
- Add product images
- Choose one-time or subscription products
- Set enrollment fees (optional)
- Configure agreements (Privacy Policy, Terms)
Enrollment Settings
Click the Settings button in the top right to configure your enrollment process:
Additional Customer Fields
Create additional form fields to collect during the enrollment process. The enrollment will not be considered complete until all fields are completed. If a buyer skips these fields, the enrollment will be downgraded to a general Order until finished.
Use the "Add new setting" button to create custom fields.
Enrollment Completion Settings
Control the enrollment flow with these options:
- Skip User Data Collection: Bypass additional information gathering
- Skip Enrollment Completion Invitation Email: Disable the automatic email notification
Remember to click the Save button after making any changes to your settings.
Playlists
Playlists are powerful tools for organizing related content into shareable collections. Use them to bundle products, media, and pages together for specific audiences or campaigns.
To create a new playlist:
- Click the + button in the top right
- Name your playlist
- Add content:
- Products
- Media
- Pages
- Promotions
- Enrollments
