Mobile App: Creating a Playlist

Introduction

Playlists are curated collections of media, products, or links organized around a specific theme or audience. They allow you to share bundles of thoughtfully catered content in a single, easily accessible link, helping you to drive customer engagement and grow your business.

Accessing Playlists

1. Launch your mobile app.
2. From the Home screen, tap the Share tab on the bottom navigation bar.
3. In the Share tab, scroll horizontally through the top menu bar to find and select Playlists.

Viewing and Managing Playlists

Your Playlists section will contain all of your playlists. You may also see playlists that your company have carefully crafted for you. These playlists have been created by marketing teams utilizing top e-commerce practices.

• Corporate Playlists: These are company created playlists generally centered around new product launches, enrollment funnels and promotions.
• Custom Playlists: These are your personally created playlists only visible to you. Create playlists for customer specific carts, themed product sets and your favorite products. 

Playlist Examples

• Best Sellers: Add your best selling products and content supporting the products.
• New Product Launch: Add your company's latest product offerings.
• Enrollment: Add a video about your company + and enrollment bundle. 

Managing Playlist Content:

• Reorder Items: Drag and drop content placing it in the perfect order to create a funnel leading to the purchase.
• Remove Items: Open the playlist and tap the red minus sign to remove outdated content to keep your playlist fresh.
• Add Items: Open the piece of media or product you want, select three dots in top right corner, select Playlist and select the Playlist you want to add the content too. 
   

Creating a Playlist

There are two ways to create a playlist:

Method 1: Start a Fresh Playlist

1. In the Playlists section, tap the + icon in the top-right corner.
2. Name your new playlist (e.g., "Best Sellers," "New Product Launch," "Enrollment").
3. Tap Create Playlist.

Method 2: Start with Content

Simply start by tapping the ... in the top right corner icon on any media or product:

1. Navigate to the Products or Media sections in the Share tab.
2. Find the content you'd like to add and tap the ... in the top right corner.
3. You'll be given four options under an "Add To" header:
   • MySite: Show this on your website.
   • Playlists: Add this Shareable to a list.
   • Save for Later: Save this Shareable for later.
   • Copy to Uploads: Copy this shareable to your Uploads.
4. Select Playlists. You'll be shown a list of all existing playlists.
5. You can add the item to an existing playlist, or select "Create Playlist" to add it to a new one.
