  2. From the Home screen, tap the Messaging tab on the bottom navigation bar

Just below, toggle between Open and Archived messages at any time β€” think of it as having two trays on your desk, one for active conversations and one for completed ones.

A red bubble over a chat or channel indicates a new message β€” your signal that something needs attention.

Teams are where collaboration happens. Connect with specific departments, ranks, or groups in your organization. Each team space offers:

Quick Actions:

    • Manage team notifications to customize your alert preferences
    • Change team names and photos to personalize your team's identity
    • Add or remove members to ensure the right people are included
    • Leave groups that are no longer relevant to your current responsibilities

Don't hesitate to leave groups that no longer serve your current role β€” a clean workspace is an efficient workspace.
