Mobile App: Contacts Overview

Introduction

Your business thrives on connections. The Contacts tab is your command center for managing relationships, tracking customer engagement, organizing your network, and streamlining communication to grow your business.

Accessing the Contacts Tab

Getting started is simple:

  1. Launch the mobile app.
  2. From the Home screen, tap the Contacts tab in the menu at the bottom.

Key Features of the Contacts Tab

Quick Navigation

At the top of your screen, you'll find three options:

    • Contacts - Your complete network at a glance.
    • Groups - Smart organization for targeted communication.
    • Import - Bring your existing contacts into the app.
    • Bulk Delete - Bulk delete contacts. 

Smart Filtering

Just below the quick navigation menu, you can see and filter by all of the Groups you have created.

Managing Your Network

Import Your Contacts by choosing the method that works best for you:

    • Phone Contacts Import: Sync directly from your device's contact list.

      • Note: You'll need to enable contact access for the app in your device's settings.
    • Manual Entry: Add contacts one by one using the + icon in the top right corner.

    • CSV Import: Bring in bulk contacts from a spreadsheet.

Download the provided CSV template to ensure accurate data entry and avoid import errors.

Export & Backup

Safeguard your network by exporting your contacts as a CSV file. Perfect for backups or use in other applications.

Contact Groups: Your Organization Superpower

Transform your contact list into a strategic asset:

Create Dynamic Groups

You can create any group you want by clicking on Groups, the + sign in the top right corner, Create Group and then name the Group. Once named you can add contacts to that group to keep track of them quickly.

Adding contacts to groups is effortless:

    • Swipe right on a contacts name to quickly add them to any group.

Track & Analyze Customer Engagement

Turn interactions into insights:

Smart Link Tracking
When you share content using "Contact Smart Link":

    • Monitor clicks
    • Track cart additions
    • Record purchases
    • Analyze engagement patterns

Deep-Dive into Contact Details
Tap any contact to access their complete profile with four tabs:

  1. Activity - Track their journey with your content
  2. Tasks - Manage follow-ups and action items
  3. Notes - Record key details and conversation highlights
  4. Profile - Access essential contact information
